Free Printable: Weekly Bullet Journal Overview with Sleep, Water & Habit Tracker

Hi Guys, 

For those of you who have followed the blog from the beginning, I hope you are loving the new changes to the blog. Sadly this is just one of the many changes the blog will be making as I change my platform from Blogger to WordPress but luckily we have a lot of time until that happens. Today I wanted to share another Bullet Journal Weekly Overview printable. I share these not just to give you a printable but for inspiration too. I love creating these and will continue to do so for as long as I can and I am thrilled that you guys love them as much as I do. 

This little blog as been getting a lot of new visitors lately and I just want to welcome you guys and thank you for visiting! 

Now I feel that this printable may need a little explanation, especially for the boxes under the date section. Those little boxes are meant to track how you spend your hours. There are 24 hours in a day but I gave you 16 boxes with hopes that most of you get your 8 hours of sleep. Using these boxes is easy you just plug in the hour you wake up in the first box so for me that would be 7 am and in the next box you write in the next hour being 8 am and then so on. You can go as far as color coding your time so for example I'm in school from 9 am to 2 pm, my color for all my school stuff is purple therefore I color in the boxes 9 am to 2 pm in purple. Make sense? Now lets move on to today's printable.

  1. This is a great one! Thank you!! So I do have a question as I can't quite figure out how it's best to print these. I used a one week spread that you had done for January this week and loved it (last week, before I found you I had pained over making my own. (I'm not as talented as you). However, if I print yours out each week then I will always have blank pages on each back (like you, I use a disc bound planner and like to have a full spread of the week whenit's lying open. Do you cut your pages in half first and then print something on the back or print the next week on the back? Just trying to figure out the best way to use these and not have a blank reverse side each time. Would love your thoughts. Thank you! -martha

  2. Thank you, this is certainly a favorite for me too! So yes, use US standard size pages and then cut them in half. I then just print front and back, my printer has this feature already so it's easy for me. You'll still have 2 blank pages, the 1st page and last page (for a monthly insert). For the first page I just use my monthly overview printable for the pertaining month and for the last page I just write notes. Hope that makes sense. :) Happy Planning, - jolie
